Position Summary:
We're seeking a highly detail-oriented and data-driven Digital Merchandising Specialist to join our Channel Experience Team. This role blends relationship management, merchandising, analytics, and strategic innovation to ensure Plugable products are not only accurately represented but deliver the most seamless and innovative digital buying experience in the market, setting us apart from competitors.
What you’ll be working on:
B2B Ecommerce Account Management & Merchandising
- Manage day-to-day relationships and digital execution with our B2B e-tailer partners such as Staples, Office Depot, and B&H
- Optimize the digital buyer journey by constantly testing, auditing, and refining product listings, taxonomy, imagery, and SEO/GEO
- Drive merchandising strategies including cross-sells, upsells, bundling, promotional placement, and inventory alignment.
- Support pricing, discounting strategies, and procurement reviews.
- Review the impact of optimization strategies and adjust to maximize engagement, conversion, and customer experience.
Data, Analytics & Advertising
- Use AI-driven tools and analytics platforms to evaluate performance and identify opportunities.
- Recommend actions on assortment, content, and pricing to improve ROI.
- Drive B2B advertising strategy and promotional placements across e-tailer platforms.
Driving Innovation
- Research and evaluate new AI and ecommerce tools and technologies.
- Pilot high-impact ideas with cross-functional teams to improve B2B customer experience.
- Track competitor and industry trends to ensure Plugable leads in digital merchandising.
What you’ll bring to the team:
- 2–4 years in digital merchandising, ecommerce account management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of product onboarding, SEO, and digital optimization.
- Experience with major e-tailers and PIM platforms.
- Analytical skills with ability to translate data into actions.
- Experience with pricing, discounting, inventory, and product launches is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.
- Excellent communicator comfortable working cross-functionally.

Compensation:
The specific salary offered will depend on several factors including but not limited to applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience. The hired candidate will be eligible for company paid medical/dental/vision insurance, 401K match, wellness benefits, company products and qualified education reimbursement.

Location: This is a remote position. We are currently able to hire remote employees in Washington, California, Texas, Florida, Pennsylvania, Oregon, and the Canadian provinces of Ontario and British Columbia.
